terms of service

Effective 2026-08-18. Placing an order means you accept these terms.

the store

This store sells art prints and framed prints, produced to order and shipped to addresses in the United States only. All prices are in US dollars; applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe.

orders

Your order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we confirm it by email. Because each print is produced individually, production begins shortly after ordering — if you need to change or cancel, contact us immediately and we'll do it if production hasn't started. We may cancel and fully refund an order we can't fulfil (for example, an address our production partners can't serve).

shipping, returns, and the guarantee

Shipping terms are on the shipping page and return terms on the returns page; both are part of these terms. Arrives damaged? We reprint it free — send a photo, keep the original.

the artwork

Our prints are original compositions and restorations built on public-domain source material. The compositions, this site, and its content are our intellectual property. Buying a print buys the physical object — it doesn't transfer copyright or grant any right to reproduce the work.

liability

Prints are supplied as described; colours may vary slightly from what your screen shows. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of STATE-PLACEHOLDER, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
